A Miracle of Three: Photographing Newborn Triplets Primrose, Bobby, and Lilli

Recently, we had the privilege of meeting Primrose, Bobby, and Lilli, who made their entrance into the world at 33 weeks and each weighed under 2 kg. Their journey into the world is a testament to resilience, love, and the incredible bond of family.

A Joyful Arrival

Born a bit earlier than expected, the arrival of Primrose, Bobby, and Lilli was met with overwhelming joy and anticipation. Their parents embraced the challenge of welcoming three little ones, and the excitement in the air was palpable. Each tiny miracle brought with them a unique personality and charm, ready to be captured forever.

For this special newborn photoshoot, we aimed to create a warm, nurturing environment that reflected the love surrounding these little ones. Soft creams and gentle textures laid the scene, with hues of whites, ivory, and cream creating a serene backdrop. We used knitted blankets and delicate moon props to ensure the triplets were comfortable and snug throughout the session.

For Riki-Lee and Sean, their journey to welcome their precious baby William into the world was a heartfelt adventure, marked by love, resilience, and the miracles of modern medicine.

The Beginning of the Journey

Riki-Lee and Sean always dreamed of starting a family. Like many couples, they envisioned a home filled with laughter, love, and the joy that children bring. However, as they began their journey, they faced unexpected challenges that would lead them to explore the world of IVF.

After months of trying to conceive naturally, they realized that they would need a little extra help. Though the diagnosis was overwhelming, Riki-Lee and Sean embraced the opportunity to take control of their journey and pursue IVF, a decision that would ultimately change their lives forever.

It’s hard to believe that a whole year has flown by since Arcadia graced us with her presence! To celebrate this momentous occasion. We embraced a delightful theme: “Arcadia in Onederland.” With pastel colours and vintage vibes. This cake smash session was nothing short of magical.

A Dreamy Theme

The “Onederland” theme perfectly captures the whimsy of childhood. Blending elements of fantasy with the joy of turning one. We incorporated soft pastel colours—think blush pinks, mint greens, and gentle lilacs—to create a dreamy backdrop that exudes warmth and joy. Vintage decor, including charming floral arrangements and whimsical props, added an enchanting touch that truly made the session feel like a fairytale.

The Cake: A Sweet Centrepiece

No birthday celebration is complete without a cake, and for Arcadia’s cake smash, we chose a stunning, handmade creation that fit the theme perfectly. As the holiday season unfolded, we had the absolute pleasure of capturing the magic of Christmas through the lens of our camera once again. This year marked the third Christmas Mini Photography Session with one of our favourite toddlers Gypsy and her furry doggy “CJ”.

Gypsy, with her radiant smile, and her loyal canine companion have become familiar faces in our studio. Marking their third consecutive year of creating special Christmas memories together. This annual reunion has evolved into a heartwarming tradition, capturing the essence of her sweet family each year.
